Contest Terms & Conditions

Start/End Dates

The Contest entry period begins on February 2, 2026 at 12:01:00 AM U.S. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on March 22, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT ("Contest Period"). Luma AI's computer will be the official timekeeper. Luma AI reserves the right to accept late Submissions on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.

Use of Luma AI Offerings

Entrants will be permitted to use any Luma AI Offering made available or released by Luma AI to create a Submission during the Contest Period. Entrant understands and agrees that certain Luma AI Offerings may require Entrant to agree and be subject to separate terms and conditions, including product specific terms and conditions. Entrant understands, acknowledges and agrees that certain Luma AI Offerings may require payment of fees in order to use such Luma AI Offering. Certain Luma AI Offerings may offer complimentary training or access for a period of use as determined in Luma's sole discretion. Entrant understands, acknowledges, and agrees that Luma AI does not guarantee that any such training complimentary access (if provided) would be sufficient on its own to create a Submission.

If Entrant is provided access to any beta or unreleased version of a Luma AI Offering during the Contest Period, Entrant agrees: (a) to only use the foregoing for the Contest and for no other purpose; (b) not provide access or disclose the existence of such beta or unreleased versions to any third party; and (c) their use is subject to Luma AI's General Terms of Service (available at https://lumalabs.ai/learning-hub/terms-of-use), including but not limited to Section 13 (Confidentiality) and Section 14 (Trials).

Entry Form

To enter the Contest, Entrants must only complete the entry form ("Entry Form") and upload a private or unlisted link to their Submissions at lumadreambrief.com ("Site") during the Contest Period in accordance with these Rules.

Requirements for Submission via YouTube

If Entrant chooses to submit their Submission using YouTube, Entrant: (a) agrees to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service (available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Community Guidelines (available at https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/our-policies/) and acknowledges that any Submission that does not comply with the foregoing will be disqualified; (b) acknowledges that this Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube; and (c) releases YouTube from any liability related to this Contest.

Steps for Entering the Contest

In the Entry Form, Entrants must provide the information required by the Entry Form, including the title and a description of their advertisement. Entrants are encouraged to submit creative concepts they have been eager to realize but have not yet had the opportunity to execute ("Best Unmade Idea"). Entrants should not disclose any confidential information regarding the previous client or prospect, including such party's name. Entrants then may submit Entrant's advertisement as a Submission, ensuring that Submission is in compliance with the Rules.

Required Information

As part of providing a Submission, Entrants may need to provide Luma AI certain information, including the Entrant's (and any Team member's) name, email address, website, and institutional affiliation (if any).

Submission Requirements

Submissions must be an advertisement that: (a) for videos, is at least 10 seconds; (b) is based on a Best Unmade Idea; (c) is comprised of at least 70% of material that was generated using the Luma AI Offering; (d) advertises, features, or otherwise promotes Luma AI; (e) is in the format specified on the Entry Form (including any specifications on aspect ratios or metadata); (f) meets the 2026 Cannes Festival International Festival of Creativity ("Cannes Festival") requirements, currently available at https://www.canneslions.com/awards/awards-support/rules-and-eligibility ("Cannes Festival Rules"), as updated from time to time; and (g) meets the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines concerning the use of endorsements and testimonials in advertising, currently available at https://www.ftc.gov/legal-library/browse/rules/use-endorsements-testimonials-advertising ("FTC Guidelines"), as updated from time to time (collectively, "Submission Content Requirements"). You will provide a link to your Submission. You acknowledge that Luma has no input into the Cannes Festival Rules, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your Submission complies with both the Submission Contest Requirements and the Cannes Festival Rules, and you comply with the Entry Requirements specified in Section 3.

Teams

The Submission is made by, and is the responsibility of, the Entrant. Luma AI will correspond with and, if applicable, award the Prize to, only the Entrant. If Entrant participates in the Contest as part of an organization, company and/or team ("Team"), each individual participant must meet the eligibility requirements and must each agree to these Rules. A Team must identify a team leader ("Team Leader") responsible for submitting the Entry Form and identifying all Team members. All Team members may be required to execute additional documentation confirming their agreement to these Rules. If applicable, Luma AI will award the Prize to the Team Leader and the Team Leader will decide how to best divide the Prize amongst Team members. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email or other account needed for participation. Any dispute among a Team (including as to inclusion on any Team) must be resolved by and among Team members, and not Luma AI. Luma AI is not responsible for resolving any disputes between Team members.

Number of Submissions

Each Entrant will be eligible to submit as many Submissions as Entrant would like prior to the end of the Contest Period (whether participating individually or as part of a Team). Each Submission must be materially different from any other Submission submitted by that Entrant, as determined by Luma AI in its sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, it is possible that none of the Submissions submitted by Entrant are selected as a Winner in accordance with these Rules, and it is possible that if Entrant submits more than one Submission, then multiple of Entrant's Submissions are awarded placements.

Residence

Entrant may not be prohibited from participating in the Contest or receiving funds or services under U.S. or other applicable laws, regulations, or export controls. For the avoidance of doubt, Entrant must not be a legal resident of Belarus, Cuba, India, Iran, Myanmar/Burma, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, Vietnam, Crimea, or the so-called Donetsk People's Republic or Luhansk People's Republic.

Age of Majority

If Entrant is an individual, then Entrant must be at least 18 years of age or, if greater, the age of majority in Entrant's jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

General Conditions

Entrant will comply with all federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations applicable to the Contest and Entrant's participation therein, including but not limited to the FTC Guidelines and related disclosures and requirements. Luma AI reserves the right to disqualify Entrant from the Contest if, in Luma AI's sole discretion, it suspects that Entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or if Entrant annoys, abuses, threatens, or harasses any other entrants or Luma AI.

Relationship with Luma AI and the Contest

If Entrant is an employee, officer, agent, contractor, investor, partner, representative, or director of Luma AI, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers, or distributors of Contest materials (individually, a "Contest Entity" and collectively, the "Contest Entities"), then the Entrant's Submission is subject to any existing intellectual property assignment agreement between Entrant and the applicable Contest Entity (to the extent such agreement exists) and all rights in and to the Submissions will be assigned to the Contest Entity in accordance with such agreement. The Contest Entities and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse, and each of their spouses, regardless of where they live) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such Entrant and anyone connected with the production or distribution of this Contest are not eligible to be awarded the Grand Prize. If Luma AI previously has engaged you or currently engages you as a Contest Entity to (i) create content or perform services in connection with this Contest or (ii) as part of Luma AI's standard business practices, you expressly agree that Submission of any content created in the course of such engagement (including any Submission that uses or is derived from such content) will make you ineligible to receive the Grand Prize.

By providing a Submission or otherwise entering the Contest, each Entrant represents and warrants the following with respect to all Submissions (collectively, "Entry Requirements"):

• Submission Content Requirements. The Submission meets the Submission Content Requirements;
• No Unlawful or Offensive Submissions. The Submission does not use or contain content that is or may be perceived by a reasonable person as (a) unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, sexually explicit or suggestive, (b) unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, (c) profane or pornographic, (d) to contain nudity or any materially dangerous activity, or (e) inappropriate for public viewing;
• No Disparagement. The Submission does not disparage, demean, misrepresent, contain disparaging remarks, or otherwise defame Luma AI, or any other person, entity, group, product, or service;
• No Harmful Submissions. Submissions do not attempt to harm Luma AI's platform that it uses to provide and manage the Contest, or otherwise create an unfair advantage over other entrants;
• No Violation of Rights. Any Submissions and the use of Luma AI's platform as contemplated by these Rules, does not and will not: (a) infringe, violate, misappropriate, or otherwise breach any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property, contract, or proprietary right; (b) slander, defame, libel, or invade the right of privacy, publicity or other property rights of any other person; or (c) cause Luma AI to violate any law or regulation or require Luma AI to obtain any further licenses from or pay any royalties, fees, compensation or other amounts or provide any attribution to any third parties;
• Ownership; Adequate Rights. Entrant is the creator and owner of the Submission, or has the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to authorize Luma AI to use and distribute the Submission as necessary to exercise the licenses granted by Entrant in these Rules, in the manner contemplated by Luma AI, the Contest, and these Rules;
• No Prior Awards. No Submissions has been previously published, sold, or won other awards;
• Best Unmade Idea. The Best Unmade Idea and the Submission must not have been developed or created on behalf of Entrant's current client or within the scope of Entrant's present employment, unless the Entrant has secured all rights necessary to submit the Submission and grant all rights described herein; and
• General Terms of Service. Entrant must comply with all applicable tool usage policies and Luma AI's General Terms of Service when using the Luma AI Offering to create the Submissions.

Subject to the rights granted in these Rules, Entrant retains ownership of Entrant's Best Unmade Idea, including all intellectual rights therein and thereto. By providing a Submission, Entrant, on behalf of itself and each natural person associated therewith, hereby grants Luma AI a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide, sublicensable, transferable right and license to access, collect, use, copy, store, host, disclose, distribute, transmit, transfer, perform, publish, publicly display, modify, reproduce, create derivative works of, and otherwise exploit the (a) Submission in accordance with these Rules, including by running a paid media advertisement of the Submission (as required by Cannes Festival Rules); and (b) Best Unmade Idea solely in connection with the Submission.

The foregoing license includes the right (i) to use, review, assess, broadcast, post, upload, stream, share, host, embed, and otherwise modify, promote, and market Entrant's Submission and all its content therein in connection with the Contest, and (ii) to access and exchange the Submission with third parties in connection with the Contest.

Entrant will not receive any compensation or credit for Luma AI's use of Entrant's Submission or Best Unmade Idea, other than what is described in these Rules. Entrant acknowledges that other entrants or Luma AI may have used ideas or concepts in their submissions that may be similar in idea or concept to what is included in Entrant's Submission. Each Entrant understands and agrees that they will not have any claim against any other entrants or Luma AI arising out of any such similarity or be entitled to any compensation because of any such similarity, and Entrant waives any claims resulting from any similarities to Entrant's Submission.

Incomplete Submissions

Submissions that fail to meet the eligibility criteria under these Rules are deemed incomplete and will not be considered as part of the Contest.

Post-Contest Period

Following the conclusion of the Contest Period, Luma AI will review each Submission solely to confirm compliance with these Rules, including without limitation for compliance with the Entry Requirements and the Submission Content Requirements ("Compliance Review").

Featured Submissions

After the Compliance Review, Luma will select certain Submissions to be highlighted by Luma AI ("Featured Submissions"). Featured Submissions will be determined using several criteria, including:

1. The extent to which the Entrant has effectively brought their Best Unmade Idea to fruition using the Luma AI Offering;
2. The quality, inventiveness, and sophistication of the Entrant's use of the Luma AI Offering in producing the Submission;
3. How clearly, accurately, and persuasively the Submission communicates the capabilities, or products of Luma AI, including the Luma AI Offering; and
4. The Submission's distinctiveness, creativity, and overall conceptual strength.

Prize for Featured Submissions

Entrants whose Submissions are selected as Featured Submissions will receive the following prizes ("Prize"):

Promotion and Celebration

Luma AI will promote and celebrate the Featured Submissions on certain of Luma AI's websites and social media platforms and may feature such Featured Submissions in other marketing materials at Luma AI's discretion. Luma AI is not responsible for any unauthorized use of a Featured Submission by third parties, including visitors to the Site.

Cannes Festival Submission

Luma AI will submit the Featured Submissions to the Cannes Festival on the Entrant's behalf and will pay all required submission fees. Entrant acknowledges that submission to Cannes Festival does not guarantee acceptance, review, or any award, and that all judging decisions remain solely with the Cannes Festival organizers. LUMA AI IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE CANNES FESTIVAL, AND HAS NO ABILITY TO IMPACT ANY ACCEPTANCE, REVIEW, JUDGING DECISIONS, OR AWARDS ISSUED BY THE CANNES FESTIVAL.

Grand Prize

$1,000,000 USD

If an Entrant of any Featured Submission wins a "Gold Cannes Lion" award at the Cannes Festival ("Winner"), such Winner will be eligible to receive up to US$1,000,000 ("Grand Prize"), as further described in the next sentence of this Section 6.3. If there are multiple Winners, the Grand Prize will be split equally amongst the Winners, subject to these Rules. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winners, as further described herein.

Cannes Festival Rules

Entrant acknowledges and agrees that: (a) the Cannes Festival is an independent third-party festival; (b) Luma AI has no role in, influence over, or ability to affect any Cannes Festival judging, scoring, selection, finalist determinations, or award decisions (collectively, "Cannes Decisions"); (c) the Cannes Festival may have different or additional rules or requirements for submission that are not reflected in these Rules; and (d) all Cannes Decisions are made solely and exclusively by the Cannes Festival and its appointed judges pursuant to its own rules, processes and criteria ("Cannes Festival Rules"). Luma AI does not guarantee that any Featured Submission will meet the Cannes Festival requirements, be accepted by the Cannes Festival, reviewed by the Cannes Festival, or receive any award or recognition.

Entrants Responsible for Complying with Cannes Festival Rules

Luma AI expressly disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for Cannes Decisions, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding eligibility, disqualification, category placement, scoring, or awarding (or not awarding) of any Cannes Festival award. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their Submissions are eligible for the Cannes Festival and agree that they will hold Luma AI harmless from, and will not assert, any claim, action, or liability arising out of or relating to any Cannes Decisions or the actions or omissions of the Cannes Festival or its judges.

Grand Prize Winner Not Required

Any Featured Submission that an Entrant submits in accordance with the Rules during the Contest Period which then wins a Gold Cannes Lion award at the Cannes Festival will be the sole determinant of Grand Prize eligibility. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if no Featured Submissions win a Gold Cannes Lion award Luma AI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not select or name any Grand Prize winners without any further liability or obligation to any Entrant.

Acceptance of Grand Prize

Winner is responsible for (a) ensuring that Winner has an account that can accept the Grand Prize, if applicable, which may be required to be a third-party account or wallet; and (b) any costs or expenses related to currency conversion or payment, including those which may be charged by the authorities or banks operating in Winner's jurisdiction. For certain Grand Prizes, Entrant may be required to pay third-party fees associated with a transaction of such Grand Prize.

Grand Prize is Not Compensation

Winner acknowledges that the Grand Prize is not compensation for services rendered to Luma AI, nor will the Grand Prize be treated as royalties or compensation for any other rights, including image rights.

No Warranties or Guarantees

Winner acknowledges that, excluding Luma AI, Contest Entities have not made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Grand Prize, including but not limited to its quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

Taxes

PAYMENTS TO A POTENTIAL WINNER ARE SUBJECT TO THE EXPRESS REQUIREMENT THAT THE POTENTIAL WINNER SUBMITS TO LUMA AI ALL DOCUMENTATION REQUESTED BY LUMA AI TO PERMIT IT TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE STATE, FEDERAL, LOCAL, AND FOREIGN (INCLUDING PROVINCIAL) TAX REPORTING AND WITHHOLDING REQUIREMENTS. THIS MAY INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, IRS FORMS W-9 (FOR U.S. RESIDENTS) OR W-8BEN (FOR NON-U.S. RESIDENTS). LUMA AI WILL NOT FILE ANY TAX RETURN ON WINNER'S BEHALF, NOR PAY ANY TAXES THAT WINNER HAS THE SOLE OBLIGATION TO PAY IN WINNER'S JURISDICTION UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. ALL PRIZES WILL BE NET OF ANY TAXES LUMA AI IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO WITHHOLD. IN THE EVENT LUMA AI IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO WITHHOLD ANY TAXES, LUMA AI WILL PROVIDE WINNER WITH PROOF OF PAYMENT. ALL TAXES IMPOSED ON PRIZES AND RELATED TO CURRENCY CONVERSION ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF WINNER. If a potential Winner fails to provide such documentation or comply with such laws, the Prize may be forfeited, and Luma AI may, in its sole discretion, select an alternative potential Winner.

No Transfer or Substitution

Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or substitutable. However, in the case of unavailability of any Prize, Luma AI reserves the right, but is not required, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All expenses not specifically listed herein are the responsibility of Winners.

Having a Featured Submission or being deemed a Winner is subject to validation and verification of eligibility and compliance with all the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules. The potential Featured Submission or Winner will be selected and notified via the contact information Entrant submitted in Entrant's Entry Form promptly upon determination by Luma AI. Without limiting the foregoing, Luma AI may also announce the Featured Submission or Winner on Luma AI's website, social media accounts, or other media selected by Luma AI at Luma AI's sole discretion.

If a potential Featured Submission or Winner does not respond to the notification attempt within five (5) business days after the first notification attempt, then the potential Featured Submission or Winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential Featured Submission or Winner may be selected from among qualifying entries based on the judging criteria described in these Rules. Luma AI is not responsible for any change of Entrant's contact information.

Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Luma AI may use Entrant's name, voice, image, likeness, and biographical information, hereby grants Luma AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, perpetual license to publicly display, publicly perform, distribute, transmit, broadcast, and use the foregoing and any derivative works thereof, in whole or in part, either alone or in conjunction or combination with other works, whether preexisting or newly, for advertising and promotional purposes ("Advertising Materials") worldwide in perpetuity without compensation or notification to or permission of any kind, except as prohibited by law.

Entrant waives any rights to: (a) prior inspection or approval of the Advertising Materials; and (b) privacy, publicity, or any other rights of a similar nature in connection with the Advertising Materials.

Entrant expressly releases the Luma AI and the Contest Entities from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action, for defamation, copyright infringement, violation of moral rights, and invasion of the rights of privacy, publicity, or personality or any similar matter, or based upon or relating to the use of the Advertising Materials as permitted herein, including those claims that may be unknown to Entrant, or which Entrant does not suspect to exist at this time.

Entrant expressly waives any rights, benefits, and protections that Entrant may have under California Civil Code Section 1542, which reads as follows: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY" or any other similar provision or laws in any other jurisdiction regarding the release of unknown claims.

To the extent any moral rights are not waivable, transferable, or assignable, Entrant hereby waives and agrees never to assert any and all moral rights, or to support, maintain, or permit any action based on any moral rights, that Entrant may have in or with respect to any Advertising Materials. Entrant hereby irrevocably waives any and all rights to seek or obtain any injunctive or other equitable relief for any actions arising out of these Rules or with respect to any Advertising Materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, by participating, Entrants, including Winners, agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Contest Entities, from and against any and all third-party claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as all liabilities, damages, costs, claims, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or accruing from:

• Any Submission or other material uploaded or otherwise provided by Entrant to Luma AI or the Contest that violates, misappropriates or infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, trade secret right, right in trade dress, patent right, or other intellectual property right of any person or defames any person or violates their rights of publicity or privacy;
• Any misrepresentation made by Entrant in connection with the Contest;
• Allegations of fact that, if true, would result in any non-compliance or breach by Entrant of these Rules, including a breach of the representations and warranties set forth herein;
• Claims brought by persons or entities other than the parties to these Rules arising from or related to Entrant's involvement with the Contest;
• Acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any Prize or participation in any Contest-related activity or participation in the Contest;
• Property damage, personal injury or death which may occur in connection with the Contest.

LUMA AI MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY PRIZE, GRAND PRIZE, OR ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS CONTEST AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Luma AI will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, cost, or injury that arises from or relates to any Entrant's participation in the Contest, or winning or use of any Prize, including but not limited to:

• Late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries, including Entrant's Submissions;
• Telephone, electronic hardware or software program, network, internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, viruses or difficulties of any kind;
• Failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions;
• The uploading or downloading of any material in connection with the Contest;
• Any error in the collection, processing, or retention of entry information in relation to the Submission and Entrant's participation in the Contest;
• Any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any Prize or Winner in relation to Entrant's Submission and participation in the Contest; and
• Any other condition that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted.

If, for any reason, Entrant's Submission is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant's sole remedy is to submit another Submission in the Contest. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, programming, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of Prizes as set forth in these Rules to be available or claimed, Luma AI reserves the right to award only the stated number of Prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible Prize claims.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LUMA AI OR ANY OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFIT, SAVINGS, OR BUSINESS ARISING FROM OR OTHERWISE RELATED TO THESE RULES, THE CONTEST, OR ENTRANT'S ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE OR THE LUMA AI OFFERING, EVEN IF LUMA AI OR THE CONTEST ENTITIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF LUMA AI TO ENTRANT FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE RULES AND THE CONTEST, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, IS LIMITED TO $100. THESE EXCLUSIONS OF POTENTIAL DAMAGES WERE AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT IN SETTING CONSIDERATION UNDER THESE RULES.

Luma AI is not responsible if Contest cannot take place or if any Prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, or acts of terrorism. If Luma AI is not capable of running the Contest as planned, Luma AI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend this Contest, including if the Contest is not capable of being run as planned or in the event of fraud or other Contest-related problems.

Luma AI reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming, or operator errors, including, without limitation, computer errors that erroneously award prizes. Entrant hereby acknowledges and agrees that Entrant will not assert any claims, demands, or actions of any kind arising from or in connection with the cancellation, suspension, or amendment of the Contest.

Entrants agree that personal data submitted with an Entry Form or Submission, including without limitation, name and email address may be collected, processed, stored, and otherwise used by Luma AI and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the Contest. Luma AI may also use Entrant's personal information, and the personal information of natural persons associated with Entrant, to send Entrant updates and promotional materials from time to time. The information collected is subject to Luma AI's Privacy Policy. By participating in the Contest, Entrant agrees to Luma AI's Privacy Policy, as it may apply to the collection and use of Entrant's personal information.

These Rules will be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, excluding all conflict of law rules, and the forum and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Rules will exclusively be in San Francisco, in the State of California.

To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief, or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Contest are hereby excluded, and Entrants expressly waive any and all such rights.
